What Is Morpheus8?

Morpheus8 is a radiofrequency microneedling treatment designed to stimulate collagen production, tighten

skin, improve texture, and enhance facial and body contouring by targeting deeper layers of skin and fat.

Before Your Treatment

• Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, vitamin E) for 5–7 days unless prescribed.
• Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours prior to treatment.
• Do not treat areas with active infections, open wounds, or sunburn.
• Discontinue retinoids, exfoliants, and harsh skincare products 5 days before treatment.
• Stay well-hydrated before your appointment.
• Inform your provider if you are pregnant, have metal implants, pacemakers, or active skin conditions.

What to Expect During Treatment

A topical numbing cream is applied for comfort. Treatment time varies by area. Mild heat, pressure, and

vibration sensations are normal. (Numbing 45-60mins).

After Care Instructions

Immediately After Treatment

Apply the repair cream given in office in the AM and PM everyday for 7 days. 

• Redness, swelling, warmth, and mild pinpoint bleeding are normal.
• Skin may feel tight, sensitive, or rough for several days.

First 24–72 Hours

• Do not wash the treated area for at least 12 hours.
• Avoid makeup for 24 hours (face treatments).
• No exercise, sauna, steam rooms, or hot showers for 48–72 hours.
• Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds.
• Use only gentle cleanser and approved post-procedure products.

For 5–7 Days Post Treatment

• Avoid retinoids, acids, exfoliants, and active skincare products.
• Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.
• Do not pick, scratch, or exfoliate flaking skin.

Results & HealingInitial results may appear within 3–4 weeks, with continued collagen remodeling for up to 3 months. Optimal

outcomes are typically achieved with a series of three treatments. Healing times vary based on individual

response and treatment depth.

Possible Side Effects

• Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising
• Grid marks or rough skin texture (temporary)
• Rare risks include infection, hyperpigmentation, or prolonged swelling
